Fine dust tends to settle rapidly on the filter surface of conventional machines, progressively restricting airflow and reducing vacuuming performance.
The FEVI HDC 355 ICLEAN three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner range addresses this issue at its source by using three filter cartridges operating in parallel.
During the timed automatic cycle, one cartridge is isolated and cleaned in turn, while the other two continue to maintain active airflow. This configuration ensures consistent, non-stop performance and eliminates the need to interrupt the process frequently for demanding manual cleaning by the operator.
Ideal Application: Designed for the continuous 24/7 integration with industrial machinery, automated production lines, sandblasters, and massive industrial grinding or sanding operations.
Key Advantages: Non-stop multi-filter system (3 HEPA + PTFE cartridges, 30.000 sq. cm) protected by an internal anti-abrasive shield, tangential inlet, and alternating automatic cleaning cycles.
Model Selection: Heavy-duty three-phase (400 V) 5,5 kW and 163 kg solution, customisable either as the 355 P version (High Airflow for diffuse dust) or 355 S version (High Vacuum for long pipe networks and heavy materials).
Not Suitable For: Specialist unit engineered exclusively for dry dust. It is not suitable for vacuuming liquids, fluid mixtures, or for use in ATEX areas without a dedicated custom configuration.
Non-stop vacuuming: consistently clean filters for machines in continuous production
Thanks to this engineered technology, models equipped with an automatic cleaning system ensure consistent vacuuming performance, managing filter cleaning independently without any reduction in pressure and without requiring the company to stop its production lines.

Main applications
Connection to production machinery
The 5.5 kW three-phase blower, 30,000 cm² filter surface area and automatic cleaning system make the model ideal for remaining active for prolonged periods while directly connected to production machinery. Before configuration, we assess the required airflow, necessary vacuum pressure, inlet diameter, piping length, number of bends and hourly quantity of dust produced.
Industrial grinding and sanding
Optimised to work in combination with grinders, sanders and systems that generate significant quantities of fine dust. The PTFE surface treatment of the cartridges significantly reduces dust adhesion, facilitating the release of the accumulated layer of material during operation of the cleaning system.
Abrasive processing and blasting
The system can be effectively integrated into workstations that generate abrasive dust. The tangential inlet and the internal protection shield installed in front of the cartridges create a preliminary cyclonic effect that separates heavier residues and distributes the airflow, protecting the filter media against direct impact from the material.
Mineral materials and construction dust
Ideal for capturing airborne dust generated by cement, plaster and stone. The correct configuration is defined by carefully analysing the chemical composition, particle size, abrasiveness and potential hazards of the dust within the working environment.
Why choose FEVI HDC 355 ICLEAN
5.5 kW two-stage three-phase blower: Side-channel motor for demanding and continuous industrial applications. It does not use the carbon brushes subject to normal wear in conventional single-phase motors. Routine maintenance is still required for seals, piping and valves.
Three HEPA + PTFE cartridges: Total surface area of 30,000 cm² protected by a smooth PTFE membrane that facilitates the complete release of fine dust. The certification guarantees retention of 99.995% of particles down to 0.3 microns.
Tangential inlet and internal protection: The 60 mm tangential inlet introduces the airflow from the side, creating preliminary cyclonic separation, while the internal metal shield protects the mechanical integrity of the filter cartridges.
Interchangeable modular collection: The integrated trolley allows the use of either the high-capacity 100-litre quick-release drum or the Longopac® continuous bag system, which is ideal for sealing airborne dust while reducing operator exposure.
Comprehensive safety: Equipped as standard with a safety valve protecting against excessive vacuum pressure caused by blockages, built-in motor thermal protection and an exhaust-air silencer to reduce noise within the department.

Comparison with other FEVI ranges
Difference compared with FEVI HDC 155 BASIC (5.5 kW)
They share the same 5.5 kW motor power and P/S performance modularity, but differ radically in their filtration systems. The 155 BASIC model uses a star filter with manual or semi-automatic cleaning, making it an ideal versatile machine for solids, liquids and ordinary dust. HDC 355 ICLEAN instead uses a three-cartridge HEPA + PTFE system with alternating non-stop automatic cleaning, making it a specialised unit designed specifically to prevent rapid clogging caused by fine dust.
Difference compared with FEVI TDC30 ICLEAN (3 kW)
TDC30 ICLEAN is a more compact machine equipped with a 3 kW three-phase blower. HDC 355 ICLEAN represents a higher-performance solution thanks to its 5.5 kW blower. It becomes the required choice when the system piping is longer, pressure losses are significant, material must be transported from very distant points or the connected production machine generates large volumes of dust requiring precise engineering selection between the P and S configurations.
Difference compared with the PULSE and specialist ranges
PULSE industrial vacuum cleaners are designed to manage fine dust in combination with Longopac® systems, but the single-phase versions are intended for craft or intermittent applications. HDC 355 ICLEAN provides a robust three-phase industrial motor, an extended filter surface area of 30,000 cm² and three selectable automatic cleaning systems, positioning it at the highest level of industrial efficiency. For the specific and exclusive management of oils and metal swarf or for areas with potentially explosive atmospheres, we recommend considering our dedicated Oil and Swarf Industrial Vacuum Cleaner ranges or the relevant ATEX-certified versions.

It uses a multi-filter system consisting of three aluminised-polyester cartridges with a PTFE membrane and HEPA absolute filtration as standard, providing a total surface area of 30,000 cm² and retaining 99.995% of dust particles measuring 0.3 microns.
Does vacuuming stop while the machine cleans the filters?
Read the answer
No. The system cyclically isolates and cleans only one cartridge at a time using a solenoid. While that cartridge is being cleaned, the other two continue vacuuming at full capacity, ensuring complete continuity of the working airflow.
How do you choose between the ICLEAN, AIRCLEAN and combined systems?
Read the answer
The ICLEAN micro-vibration system is ideal for standard industrial fine dust. Compressed-air AIRCLEAN is recommended for dust that tends to adhere electrostatically to the filter walls. The combined system integrates both technologies and is the optimal choice for the most critical dust that is particularly difficult to release.
Can it collect liquids or spills?
