Configuration

The HeoloS line is configured as follows.

1. TWO FILTERING UNITS
The entire range of HeoloS suction units is fitted with two filtering units:
- primary in class M.
- secondary in Hepa class.

2. STAINLESS STEEL STRUCTURE
It is standard on the entire HeoloS, range, and brings an added value assuring sturdy, reliable and long-lasting units.

3. RELEASE SYSTEM
The innovative release system of the drum assures the suction of large quantities of material that can be disposed of quickly.

4. MANEUVERABILITY AND STABILITY
HeoloS suction units allow the operator to control the unit very easily also with a full load.

Technology

1. REVERSED FLOW

	HeoloS suction units are fitted with the innovative reversed flow system. It enables two important mechanical actions:

Shaking system
The innovative shaking system of the filtering cartridge, enables to channel large quantities of dust into the suction unit without prematurely clogging the cartridge filter.

Elimination of fluids, grease and emulsions

Cyclone protection	2. FILTERING UNIT It is effectively protected by a laminar structure with tangential inserts which means the fluids do not touch the filter.
	3. CYCLONE SYSTEM The tangential inlet of the sucked in material and the functional cyclone system, allow for a gradual aggression of the dusts in the cartridge, thus preventing premature clogging of the filter.

4. ELIMINATION OF FLUIDS AND SUCTION OF SWARF, OFF-CUTS AND TRIMMINGS. The entire range of HeoloS suction units besides being designed to suck and eliminate fluids can also become an effective tool for the suction of swarf, cut-offs and trimmings.

Safety and Certifications

EUROPEAN CERTIFICATION

The European directive effective since July 1, 2003, establishes that in potentially explosive environments, industrial suction units comply with directives 94/9/EC – 99/92/EC; hence the entire range of HeoloS suction units us available with certification for dust zones 21 – 22 , gas zones 1 -2.
